How to Find Us

We are on the 4th floor of HERBIS PLAZA, a 2-minute walk from JR Osaka Station.

This page explains exactly how to reach us — from the stations, from the airports, from your hotel, and by taxi. If you get lost anywhere along the way, please call us and we will guide you.

Important — arriving before 11:00

We open at 10:00, but the HERBIS PLAZA shopping floors open at 11:00. Before then the escalators are switched off, so please use the elevator instead.

Before 11:00 — take the elevator from B2F or 1F directly to 4F. Do not look for the escalators; they are not running yet.
Leaving after 20:00 — the building closes at the same time we do. If you are still inside, the lift from the basement car park is available (open 6:30–24:30).

Ask to be dropped at the HERBIS PLAZA entrance. From the lobby, take the elevator to the 4th floor.

From the Train Stations

JR Osaka Station	West / Sakurabashi exit — approx. 2 min
Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station	West exit — directly connected
Metro Yotsubashi Line Nishi-Umeda Station	North ticket gate — directly connected
JR Tozai Line Kitashinchi Station	West ticket gate — approx. 4 min
Metro Midosuji Line Umeda Station	South ticket gate — approx. 5 min
Metro Tanimachi Line Higashi-Umeda Station	North ticket gate — approx. 6 min
Hankyu Osaka-Umeda Station	approx. 12 min

Walking underground from JR Osaka Station (recommended in rain)

Exit the Sakurabashi ticket gate at JR Osaka Station.
Take the stairs ahead on your right down into the underground passage.
Walk straight. When you see Hanshin Umeda Station on your left, turn right.
Continue through the “Osaka Garden City” underground passage and pass HERBIS ENT.
Turn left at exit 6-47. The HERBIS PLAZA entrance is just behind the escalator on your right. (Exit 6-31 also leads into HERBIS PLAZA.)
Take the elevator — or the escalator, between 11:00 and 20:00 — to the 4th floor.

From the Airports

Kansai Int’l Airport (KIX)	approx. 60 min by Airport Limousine Bus. The bus stops immediately north of HERBIS ENT, the building next to ours.
Osaka Itami Airport (ITM)	approx. 25 min by Airport Limousine Bus, same bus terminal.
Shin-Osaka Station (Shinkansen)	approx. 4 min by JR to Osaka Station, then a 2-minute walk.

The limousine bus terminal is the easiest option if you have luggage — you arrive within a minute’s walk of our building, with no stairs and no train changes.

From Nearby Hotels

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka	Connected indoors. HERBIS PLAZA has direct connecting passages to the hotel on 1F, 5F and B2F — you never have to step outside.
Hilton Osaka	approx. 5 min on foot
Conrad Osaka	approx. 10 min on foot
InterContinental Osaka	approx. 12 min on foot
The Westin Osaka	approx. 15 min on foot

Coming by Car

Rate	¥300 per 30 minutes (approx. 725 spaces)

The car park stays open long before and after the shops, so it is also the way in if you arrive early in the morning or late in the evening.

Pharmacy on the Same Floor

Kirindo Pharmacy, HERBIS PLAZA branch is on the same 4th floor, a few steps from our door. You can fill your prescription without leaving the building.

Please note: the pharmacy keeps shorter hours than our clinic and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you are coming outside those hours, tell our reception — we will make sure you leave with what you need.
